Booking & house policies
Relaxed cancellation and a calm house.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in starts at 12:00 noon.
- Check-out is by 11:00 am.
- Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. Please request them in advance.
Payment
- A partial advance confirms your booking.
- The balance is due at or before check-in.
- We accept UPI, bank transfer and major cards.
- Quoted rates include all taxes.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- Within 7 days, the advance may be applied to a future stay, where possible.
- Peak dates may have stricter terms, stated at booking.
Children & extra beds
- Children under 5 stay free with parents.
- Extra person: Rs 600 per night, including breakfast.
- Extra mattresses are available on request.
Pets
- Pets are not accommodated at present.
- Assistance animals are always welcome.
House rules
- No smoking inside rooms. Use the balconies or the garden.
- Quiet hours run from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
ID & registration
- Every adult guest must show a valid government photo ID at check-in, as local regulations require.
Damages & belongings
- Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
- Please keep valuables secure. The property is not liable for personal belongings.

- Terms can be adjusted case by case, so ask us about your specific trip.
